Aquent is seeking a design-focused professional to create thoughtful visual concepts for digital marketing campaigns, web experiences, and brand initiatives. You will translate brand strategy into engaging creative that is distinctive, consistent, and effective across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, interaction design, or related field (or equivalent portfolio and practical experience).
• A portfolio that demonstrates original thinking, strong visual craft, and ability to solve communication challenges, not just polished execution.
• Independent thinker comfortable with ambiguity and proposing original ideas.
• Strong visual craft, typography, layout, composition, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Familiarity with design systems and collaborating with front-end developers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
