Job description

We’re looking for a creative Visual Designer who can bring brand ideas to life across logos, motion, and sales enablement materials. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping polished visual systems, designing engaging assets, and adapting creative concepts across a variety of formats.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine team logos and marks as needed to support evolving brand needs
• Create logo asset sheets and supporting documentation for consistent usage
• Develop and animate team-level toolkits, including intros, transitions, and motion graphics
• Translate static brand elements into motion-based assets for different media formats
• Build sales enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and reusable templates
• Ensure creative assets align with the broader campaign design system and maintain visual consistency

Skills

• Proven experience in visual design, brand design, or motion design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating logo development, toolkit design, and motion work
• Ability to create clean, polished assets across print, digital, and presentation formats
• Experience adapting brand systems for different use cases while preserving consistency
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of composition, typography, and layout
• Ability to manage multiple creative deliverables and work collaboratively with stakeholders

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating asset sheets, brand guidelines, or logo documentation
• Background in sales enablement design or marketing collateral
• Familiarity with animation or motion graphics workflows
• Comfort working within an established design system
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
