Ethos is seeking an experienced visual design manager to lead the creation, evaluation, and refinement of AI-generated presentations and slide decks for top consulting, banking, and investment contexts.

You will oversee slide layout, template design, exhibits, charts, and brand systems, delivering high-quality decks with rapid turnaround while maintaining exceptional written communication and attention to detail. This is a fully remote, part-time role requiring 4+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a presentation design or visual graphics team at a top consulting firm, bank, or agency.
• Expert-level PowerPoint skills including master templates, complex exhibits, and brand systems.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Ensure slide layout, exhibit formatting, visual hierarchy, and brand compliance.
• Provide rapid turnaround slide fixes for high-stakes client work.
