Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Visual Deployment Lead to serve as the on-site technical expert for in-store projects, including remodels, installations, and ongoing maintenance. You will oversee 10+ employees and multiple contractors, coordinating follow-ups and ensuring high-quality work.

The role requires leadership experience, troubleshooting skills for electronic displays, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the year.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in leadership and employee development.
• 2 years of experience in advanced troubleshooting and repair of electronic displays and other technical components.
• 2 years of experience in technical fields or with merchandising functions.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the year.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• Must be eligible to qualify for and maintain a corporate credit card to book travel and submit business expenses.

Job description

As a Visual Deployment Lead, you’ll serve as the functionality and technical expert on in-store projects and working both dayside and overnight shifts. You’ll directly oversee projects including remodels, maintenance, installations and more. You’ll be the main point of contact on site for 10 or more employees and multiple general contractors. You’ll also oversee the ongoing follow up and inspection of work completed by project team workers. This role is critical for completing work at a high standard that Best Buy expects for its employees and customers.
