  • Coordinate with subject-matter experts, program managers, engineers, analysts, item managers, operations personnel, business-management personnel, and public-affairs staff to ensure products accurately reflect approved information and leadership intent.
  • Establish and maintain an organized, searchable repository of current and legacy briefings, templates, source files, exhibit graphics, photographs, production specifications, and other visual products.
  • Apply version control, naming conventions, metadata, retention procedures, and access controls consistent with applicable Government policies.

  • Research and apply applicable Army and DoW guidance governing visual information, public release, visual-media products, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), records management, distribution statements, and classified information handling.
  • Identify potential handling, marking, distribution, releasability, public-affairs, or security-review issues and coordinate with the appropriate Government authorities for determination.
  • Prepare products using only Government-approved content, markings, and handling instructions.
  • Handle classified information only as authorized by applicable security requirements and Government direction.

The incumbent will not independently classify information, determine releasability, approve distribution statements, or authorize public release.
