Job summary

ARCWERX is seeking an experienced Graphic Design professional to craft integrated visual communications that support strategic messaging. You will produce high-quality graphics, multimedia content, and visual products for internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with branding and mission objectives.

Responsibilities include developing engaging visuals for briefings, campaigns, and events, plus creating animations and infographics that convey complex technical concepts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of graphic design, technical artistry, and/or data visualization experience.
• Proficient in presentation tools: PowerPoint, Google Slides, Prezi & Keynote.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator; strong layout & visual design.
• Collaborates with engineers/SMEs to translate technical concepts into visuals.

Overview

The Graphic Design role provides integrated visual communication to support and enhance strategic messaging for ARCWERX. The specialist develops high‑quality graphics, visual products, and multimedia content that communicate key initiatives to internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include designing print and digital materials, supporting command information campaigns, creating visuals for briefings and events, and ensuring all products align with military standards, branding guidance, and communication objectives.
• The position also assists with audio/visual functions such as drafting communication materials, supporting media engagements, maintaining social media and digital presence, coordinating community outreach materials, and helping translate complex operational information into clear, accurate, and mission‑focused messaging.
• Collaborate with engineers and technical SMEs to develop and design engaging visual effects to convey messages and ideas to an intended audience.
• Content will include simple to realistic animations, motion graphics & renderings.
• Create innovative graphic products to communicate technologies, capabilities, and data.
• Frequently interact with project leads, engineers, and system integrators to understand technical concepts, presentation requirements, and presentation schedules/milestones.
• Coordinate presentation/documentation routing for review - Create images/infographics for use in booklets, one sheeters, print advertisements, digital advertisements, booth layouts, and graphics for social media sites.
• Ability to comprehend mission area technical concepts and technical concepts used in capabilities with support from SMEs.

Qualificatiions

• 10+ years of relevant graphic design, technical artistry, and/or data visualization experience Knowledge of presentation programs such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Prezi and Keynote Knowledge of adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator Knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
• Proficiency with Corel Draw, Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk 3ds Max, and Microsoft Office Suite is recommended.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Collaborate with engineers and technical SMEs to develop and design engaging visual effects to convey messages and ideas to an intended audience.
• Content will include simple to realistic animations, motion graphics & renderings.
• Create innovative graphic products to communicate technologies, capabilities, and data.
