About the Role

The Visual Merchandiser supports the management team in achieving goals by providing world-class service. They serve as a role model for building relationships with customers and maintain a presence through store supervision to ensure appropriate staff coverage.

  • Replenish the sales floor regularly and maintain visual presentation and displays.
  • Execute floorsets reflecting the brand's inspiration, standards, and spirit within the required timeframe.

Additional Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team, appreciating and valuing their talents and contributions.

We're excited about you because...
  • 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or visual roles.
  • 1-2 years experience in home-related design or visual merchandising preferred, especially in specialty retail.
  • Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate and influence others.
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Ability to operate POS systems.
  • Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 pounds safely.
Work Schedule & Benefits

Part-Time Flex associates should be available for at least two weekend shifts and two weekday shifts. For 20+ hours weekly, greater availability is required. Weekend availability must be on two separate days.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $16.00-$17.00, with benefits including discounts, 401(k), wellness programs, paid time off, and health insurance options.
