Visual Merchandiser supports the management team in achieving goals by providing world-class service. Serves as a role model for building relationships with customers and maintains a visible presence through store supervision to ensure appropriate staff coverage.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Make the store a fun, inspirational neighborhood destination.
  • Continuously seek inspiration, trends, and ways to elevate product, decorating, and styling expertise.
  • Replenish the sales floor regularly and maintain visual presentation and displays.
  • Execute floorsets reflecting the brand's inspiration, standards, and spirit within the required timeframe.
  • Foster an environment where all associates are treated fairly, with dignity and respect, in line with our People-First Philosophy.

Collaborate with the sales team by appreciating and valuing others' talents and contributions. Physical Requirements
  • Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Operate POS system.
  • Lift and mobilize items up to 75 pounds safely.
Work Schedule and Benefits

Part-Time Flex associates must be available for at least two weekend shifts and two weekday shifts. Full-time hours require greater availability. Benefits include competitive pay, discounts, 401(k), wellness programs, paid time off, and health insurance.
