Job summary

UNIQLO in Massachusetts oversees four store locations in MA/RI and requires mobility between Chestnut Hill, Natick Mall, South Shore Plaza and Providence Place. Reporting to the Visual Regional Manager and Store GMs, the Visual Area Manager drives sales through strategic merchandise placement, creates compelling displays, and ensures brand standards are applied across all sites.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of retail visual merchandising or display experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop a team.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Create, order, train and maintain brand standards for visual presentation.
• Plan and execute new item deliveries with full size runs and signage.
• Partner with corporate on seasonal merchandising presentations and initiatives.
• Monitor merchandise sell-through and replenish using sales reports.
• Ensure displays are visually appealing and brand-appropriate.
• Manage VMD in-store presentation budget and cost controls.
• Share best practices across stores to the total company.
