Job summary
Owens & Minor seeks an experienced SAP SD & Vistex expert to own design and configuration of pricing, rebates, and incentive programs within SAP ECC/S/4HANA. You will manage end-to-end Vistex solutions, lead workshops with finance and business stakeholders, and drive migrations and integrations to ensure pricing integrity and SOX compliance.
The role requires 12+ years in SAP SD/Vistex, strong leadership, and proven experience in complex distribution environments.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of hands-on SAP SD & Vistex configuration experience.
- Deep expertise in Vistex IP, DMP/DMR, deals management, and chargeback/billback.
- Experience with SAP SD pricing, FI postings, and EDI transactions.
- Experience leading Vistex implementations or major redesigns.
- Strong migration project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own Vistex solution design including IP, DMP, DMR.
- Configure chargeback, billback, rebates, and incentives end-to-end.
- Lead design workshops, document decisions, and mentor teams.
- Coordinate with EDI/integration teams on Vistex-driven transactions.
- Plan and execute unit/integration/UAT testing with stakeholders.
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls for pricing processes.
- Prepare detailed documentation and training materials.
