Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a senior SAP SD and Vistex specialist to own end-to-end pricing, rebates, and incentive programs across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. You will drive design workshops, coordinate with Finance and business partners, and ensure accurate integration with SD pricing and FI postings.

The role requires 12+ years of hands-on SAP SD & Vistex configuration, plus experience leading full-cycle implementations. Strong analytical skills and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on SAP SD & Vistex configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of Vistex IP, DMP/DMR, deals management, and chargeback/billback, accrual and settlement.
• Experience with Vistex-related EDI transactions in a distribution environment.
• Experience with SAP SD pricing and FI postings.
• At least one full-cycle Vistex implementation or major redesign in a lead role.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design for Vistex, including IP, DMP, and DMR; end-to-end pricing and rebate programs.
• Configure chargeback, billback, rebate, and incentives from agreement setup to posting.
• Lead design workshops and fit-gap analyses with stakeholders.
• Plan and execute Unit/Integration/UAT testing with power users.
• Mentor teams on ECC & S/4HANA Sales and Vistex best practices.
