Job summary

Three Rivers Rowing Association seeks a dedicated VISTA to modernize volunteer management and data systems in Pittsburgh. You will work with the Executive Director and Operations Manager to boost volunteer engagement, streamline processes, and support facilities and event coordination.

This full-time role offers exposure to leadership skills, networking, and the chance to build a lasting impact on TRRA’s mission for a safe, inclusive rowing community.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating with diverse audiences and coordinating volunteers.
• Ability to write clear procedures and program materials.
• Interest in youth development and community program operations.

Responsibilities

• Elevate and systematize a Volunteer Management System to meet TRRA needs.
• Increase volunteer participation using hours and headcount as metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to identify challenges and create solutions.
• Generate Standard Operating Procedure documents for volunteers and operations.
