Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selling Admission tickets, Program tickets, and Museum Membership
• Accurately balance the Cash drawer at the end of every shift
• Greeting guests
• Explaining Tour options and distributing Tour materials
• Assisting Visitors
• Assisting with a variety of Museum programs

Skills:

• Must be able to engage and interact professionally with guests
• Must have Point of Sale system experience
• Must have Cash handling experience
• Computer and technology proficiency
• Bi-lingual speaker an asset but not required

Qualifications, Requirements and Experience:

• High school diploma/GED
• Minimum one year of Customer Service and Cash handling experience
• Flexible schedule
• Weekend and Holiday availability required
• Commitment of a minimum 3 day rotation required
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 5 - 15 lbs
