UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Visitor Screening Ambassador to greet patients and visitors, provide accurate information, and support patient flow throughout the hospital in Central Massachusetts. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure a positive patient and visitor experience.
Responsibilities include handling calls, sharing visiting hours, guiding patients to services, and assisting with security practices.
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt. Hiring Range: $19.74 - $26.96. Please note that the final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Schedule Details: Monday through Friday, Weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Scheduled Hours: 12:00p-8:30p. Shift: 4 - Mixed Shift, 8 Hours (United States of America). Hours: 32. Cost Center: 10020 - 5182. Visitor Screening Ambassadors Union: SHARE (State Healthcare and Research Employees). This position may have a signing bonus available.
