Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate total nursing care for assigned patients on an intermittent visiting basis.
• Develop and document care plans using clinical standards and OASIS criteria where applicable.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to non-professional staff to ensure optimal patient care.
