Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological, chemical, or engineering discipline; alternate degrees considered based on experience.
• Two years of project management experience in an academic or private research environment.
• Master's degree preferred; three years of project management experience listed as preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CABBI communications across scientists, administrative teams, and external stakeholders.
• Assist with proposal timelines, edits to technical sections, and coordination with offices involved in submissions.
• Monitor budgets and assist with annual research budgets and monthly statements.
• Support development of technical reports, presentations, and IP filings.
• Provide guidance on campus, sponsor, and governmental requirements affecting research activities.
