Job summary

Beloit College invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor of Business and Psychology for the 2027-28 academic year. The successful candidate will teach 6 courses (3 per semester), including Introduction to Psychology, Psychological Research Methods and Statistics, and intermediate courses in Behavioral Economics and Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

A PhD in IO Psychology or a related field is preferred, though advanced ABDs will be considered.

Qualifications

• PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field preferred; ABD considered.

Responsibilities

• Teach 6 courses (3 per semester) including Intro to Psychology, Research Methods and Statistics, and intermediate IO/Marketing courses.
• Contribute to undergraduate education and interdisciplinary curriculum, engaging diverse student body.
