We are committed to helping our patients navigate the challenges they face at home while recovering from surgery or coping with life-limiting illnesses or physical disabilities. The VNA care team provides individualized care across the continuum, bringing peace of mind to patients and their loved ones while providing professional healthcare services in the comfort of home.
About the Job:
Performs delegated nursing, homemaking, and other delegated duties for patient/clients of all ages and families in their home or other designated facility. May perform PT/INR checks in the home as ordered by the Physician and reports results according to policy.
What You’ll Do:
Who You Are:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in a related field desired.
Certification/Licensure: Current Nursing Assistant License in the State of New Hampshire required.
Schedule: Work schedule may include 8 to 12 hours per day with weekend, evening, night, and on-call coverage based on VNA needs. Staff are expected to cover for absences by rotating or working extra time. Staff are assigned to the service area of the VNA to meet patient/client needs.
Other: Driver's License required to travel throughout New Hampshire to provide home health care service and other job-related activities. Must maintain automobile insurance coverage at established EHS minimum at all times of employment.
