Alliance Healthcare is seeking a clinically experienced Registered Nurse to travel to patients' homes and administer home health services. You will perform IVs, wound care, and comprehensive assessments, documenting care and updating the agency through the Synergy software.
The role requires an active CA RN license, BLS, IV/phlebotomy certification and strong communication skills. Availability includes multiple days weekly with some weekend and holiday coverage.

We are looking for a clinically experienced nurse who has nursing documentation/charting skills and is a fast learner with great communication skills.

The RN travels to a patient's home to administer their services and helps patients maintain their independence. Their duties include: Administering at-home IVs, changing dressings, cleaning wounds, in-depth assessments, overseeing patient treatment plans, As well as Updating Doctors & The Agency about their patient's health. Documentation and communication with the Agency is done through Synergy Software.
Our patients need care 7 days a week, although you have flexibility in your scheduling, we do ask that you are able to work at least two-three days each week (or ten productivity units), one weekend a month, and two holidays per year (one winter and one summer)
