The Department of Mathematical Sciences at Eastern Connecticut State University is hiring for the 2025-26 academic year for a one-year, full-time (non-tenure track) Assistant Professor role. While the department is especially interested in candidates with expertise in statistics, data science, or related fields, applicants with expertise in any area of mathematics will be considered. Responsibilities include teaching a full course load, advising students, participating in department meetings, holding regular office hours, and fulfilling other faculty duties. All courses are taught in person on campus; online instruction is not part of this position.
