Job Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • PhD or relevant terminal degree in Business or closely related discipline from an accredited institution (completed prior to start date)
  • Demonstrated experience with promoting diverse and inclusive environments through one or more of the following:
    • Academic/scholarly work focused on diversity and inclusion topics
    • Professional work experience advancing inclusive initiatives
    • Volunteer/community service in underserved communities
    • Experience serving vulnerable populations
    • Other relevant diversity engagement
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience teaching and mentoring in online learning environments
  • Background in academic program development
  • Relevant industry and/or field experience
  • Knowledge of learning assessment and contemporary pedagogical approaches
  • Bilingual and biliterate in Spanish and English
