The University of North Carolina at Greensboro is hiring a Visiting Assistant Professor for a non-tenure-track role to teach undergraduate courses in computer science. This position offers a one-year contract with possible renewal based on performance and funding availability.

The position involves teaching a variety of courses in computer science for majors and non‑majors. Teaching assignments will take into account the candidate's experience and, whenever possible, preferences. The courses will primarily be lower‑level undergraduate classes, but if a candidate's experience, qualifications, and interest are appropriate then teaching assignments could include upper‑level or master's level classes. Classes are generally during the day, although an occasional evening section may be required.
