This is a non-tenure-track, 9‑month appointment that may include the possibility of renewal based on factors including, but not limited to, continued need, satisfactory performance, and availability of funding. The position involves teaching a variety of courses in computer science for majors and non‑majors. Teaching assignments will take into account the candidate's experience and, whenever possible, preferences. The courses will primarily be lower‑level undergraduate classes, but if a candidate's experience, qualifications, and interest are appropriate then teaching assignments could include upper‑level or master's level classes. Classes are generally during the day, although an occasional evening section may be required.
