Results (Ascension - Saint Thomas) in Columbia, TN is hiring Physical Therapists for a flexible, visit-based earnings model. You’ll manage your own caseload in outpatient ortho and set your schedule.

Under ViBE, you can work full- or part-time, with compensation of $45 per completed evaluation and $30 per completed follow-up visit. The role supports autonomy, efficient documentation, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)
• Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy evaluations and follow-up visits with high quality patient care.
• Maintain excellence in care delivery and accurate coding.
• Adapt caseload to schedule flexibility while upholding professional standards.

Education

Tennessee PT license (active or eligible)

Graduate of accredited PT program (DPT/MPT or equivalent)
