Job summary

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University seeks a dynamic Head Coach, Wrestling to provide visionary leadership for the men’s intercollegiate program. You will oversee practices, recruit student-athletes, manage the budget, supervise assistants, and schedule contests.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
Wrestling techniques and coaching philosophy
Knowledge of NAIA rules and regulations
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
3-5 years of related experience

Responsibilities

Provide fundamental and advanced instruction of wrestling techniques and philosophy to student-athletes. Administer all facets of the men's wrestling program, including on-site management of practices, supervision of assistants, schedule matches, arrange transportation, housing, meals, and equipment; manage team budget and NCAA/NAIA compliance.
Actively recruit and retain qualified incoming student-athletes for men's wrestling.
Promote the wrestling program and develop fundraising and community engagement opportunities.
