Job summary

BRAVE Church in Westminster seeks a spiritually mature Director of Student Ministry to lead middle and high school ministry at our Westminster Campus. You will disciple students, equip ministry teams, and foster a culture grounded in biblical truth and spiritual growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in student ministry, formal theological training preferred, and strengths in preaching, mentoring, administration, and team development. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-time student ministry leadership.
• Formal theological education preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication with others.
• Proficient with MS Office and administrative tasks.
• Willing to serve evenings and weekends with excellence.

• Cultivate a Kingdom-advancing culture by inspiring student leaders.
• Develop and empower ministry teams through recruitment and training.
• Cast vision and lead strategic ministry initiatives and events.
• Preach and teach with conviction to student gatherings.
• Model a prayerful life and shepherd students with integrity.
