Qualifications

• Seminary degree is a big plus and doctrinal alignment with the church.

Responsibilities

• Preach and teach Scripture with engaging, clear sermons.
• Lead Bible studies and disciple growth initiatives.
• Cast vision, mentor staff and lay leaders.
• Care for church members and families with compassionate leadership.
• Oversee missions and community outreach, including Ukrainian partnership.
• Build and nurture a healthy, joyful church culture.
