Responsibilities

• Cast and lead vision and direction to fulfill the church's MVP across generations.
• Lead, develop, and model shepherding and pastoral care within Clear Creek.
• Work with Executive Pastor to advise the Leadership Team and Elders on ministry growth.
• Develop and activate Weekend Gathering with preach plans and service flow.
