Job summary

A faith-based organization in Sioux Falls is seeking a Senior Pastor to lead and shepherd a community of approximately 450 believers. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of preaching experience, a Master of Divinity, and a commitment to biblical teaching. Responsibilities include preaching, community engagement, and providing pastoral care. The compensation ranges from $105K to $115K annually plus benefits, in a welcoming and family-friendly community.

Qualifications

• Spiritually mature follower of Jesus Christ committed to prayer and teaching.
• In agreement with the Evangelical Free Church of America Statement of Faith.
• Demonstrated gifting in expository preaching and shepherding a congregation.
• Experienced in pastoral ministry with proven ability to disciple others.

Responsibilities

• Preach biblically grounded sermons during Sunday worship.
• Lead adult Sunday School and midweek Bible studies.
• Provide pastoral counseling for individuals and families.
• Participate in community engagement and mission efforts.
