The Carlisle School Committee seeks an exceptional Superintendent to serve as the district’s chief executive, instructional leader, and steward of its educational vision. The Superintendent leads with purpose, ensuring that the district’s vision for teaching, learning, and student experience is clearly defined, strategically advanced, and embedded in the daily life of the school.

Carlisle is a small, high-performing PreK–8 district serving approximately 600 students on a single campus.

• Proven success leading instructional and organizational leadership.
• Ability to craft and steward a compelling educational vision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, belonging, and whole-child development.
• Experience shaping district goals and strategic plans.

Responsabilités

• Define and articulate a clear educational vision aligned to district goals.
• Lead high-quality instructional programs supporting academic and social-emotional growth.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, facilities, and district compliance.
• Hire and supervise district personnel and collaborate with town partners.
• Act as chief advisor to the School Committee and report on district progress.
