Qualifications

• At least 3 years of successful educational administrative experience, including central office leadership.
• Understanding of Arkansas public school law, school finance, curriculum and instruction, personnel management, district operations, and accountability.
• Experience in instructional leadership, strategic planning, financial management, and organizational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for curriculum and instruction and student achievement.
• Direct personnel, school finance, facilities, transportation, and child nutrition.
• Lead with strong governance, community relations, and strategic planning.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the district.
• Build relationships with students, families, staff, and the community.
