Unispace, a global workplace strategy, design, and construction firm, is seeking a Principal Workplace Strategy in New York. You will shape strategy across the US and lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver transformative workplace solutions.

This role partners with sales, marketing, design, and client services to translate trends into actionable plans, pitches, and change management programs while building senior client relationships.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in workplace strategy across design, architecture, real estate or consulting.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
• Ability to craft data-driven strategic narratives.
• Capacity to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of workplace strategy across Americas projects.
• Advise clients with data-driven insights, vision setting, and storytelling.
• Form and lead pitch strategies and compelling client stories.
• Define project scopes, timelines, and programmes aligned with global process.
• Collaborate to craft briefs, define visions, and clarify rationale.
• Analyze business and real estate drivers and workforce trends for strategy.
• Lead client presentations and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Build relationships with clients and partners as a thought leader.
• Create strategic plans and proposals aligned with Unispace's value.
• Develop change management strategies and communications plans.
• Produce thought leadership and go-to-market materials.
• Partner with sales and marketing to enhance positioning and messaging.
• Contribute to global workplace strategy frameworks and toolkits.
