Job summary

TLN Worldwide Enterprises Inc. is seeking a hands-on Multimedia Producer to lead end-to-end production for CNSP communications.

You will translate Navy messages into compelling visuals, manage pre-production, capture studio and field footage, and oversee post-production including graphics, sound, and color. Responsibilities include publishing assets for digital, print and broadcast channels, optimizing content for mobile formats, and coordinating with teams to meet strict turnaround standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of equivalent experience with a professional portfolio.
• Full-cycle multimedia production skills spanning filming, lighting, audio, editing, creative design and post-production.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative direction for multimedia projects, translating Navy messages into clear visual narratives.
• Lead pre-production planning including concepts, storyboards, shot lists, briefs and schedules.
• Capture studio and field footage using professional cameras, lighting and audio techniques.
• Oversee editing, motion graphics, sound design and color work with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Create graphics and layouts for digital, print and publication materials such as Surface Warfare Magazine.
• Optimize content for DVIDS, web, social channels and print in various formats.
• Conduct command portrait photography and document ceremonies; prepare archived deliverables.
• Manage assets, file naming, metadata, archives and delivery specs.
• Exercise sound judgment in high-visibility or shipboard environments without compromising integrity.
