Must hold a current LNHA license or be willing to obtain it. Prior P&L experience and comfort with evolving AI tools are preferred. Location offers a supportive work culture and opportunities for strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license or be willing to obtain it.
• Minimum 3 years of experience running a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility; AI tools preferred.
