Ideal candidates will hold an active Texas RN license with 3–5 years of hospice leadership experience and a solid understanding of Medicare/Medicaid hospice regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, staffing, and operational planning.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, patients, and families.
