Responsibilities

• Develops and administers school programs aligned with district goals.
• Provides leadership to staff for ongoing program improvement.
• Promotes a safe, inclusive environment supporting student learning.
• Ensures board policies are implemented at the school.
• Keeps up with professional knowledge through seminars and research.
• Organizes regular meetings for staff development.
• Coordinates recruitment, personnel files, bargaining agreements, and HR issues.
• Oversees budgetary and financial affairs per district policies.
