Job summary

Valiant Christian Academy in Willoughby Hills, OH, seeks a Headmaster to serve as chief executive and spiritual leader for the Christ-centered high school. You will provide visionary leadership, ensure operational excellence, and advance the school's mission while guiding faculty, staff, students, and families.

The Headmaster collaborates with the School Leadership Team on policies, goals, and priorities, upholding the school's Statement of Faith and biblical worldview.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Education, Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field.
• Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years of progressively responsible educational leadership experience.
• Experience in Christian education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary spiritual leadership and ensure biblical alignment of curriculum and programs.
• Develop and implement a long-term strategic vision with the School Leadership Team.
• Oversee curriculum development, standards, accreditation, and student achievement.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, and develop faculty and staff; evaluate performance.
• Foster a safe, disciplined environment and promote student spiritual formation.
• Manage annual budget, facilities, technology, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead advancement, donor relations, enrollment growth, and community engagement.
• Maintain collaborative reporting with the School Leadership Team and policy development.
