Job summary

The Whatcom Pregnancy Clinic seeks an Executive Director to provide visionary leadership, oversee staff, ensure AAAHC accreditation, and maintain fiscal responsibility and community programs aligned with the clinic’s mission. This role guides operations, volunteers, and ministry partnerships while upholding integrity and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college/university; or four years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Able to communicate professionally in writing and speaking; strong public speaking skills.
• Must be a committed Christian; support for pro-life position and church relations.
• Experience leading staff, volunteers, and organizational programs; AAAHC accreditation familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and managerial support for all staff and volunteers.
• Conduct annual evaluations of personnel and oversee policies.
• Develop organizational goals aligned with the mission and vision.
• Oversee AAAHC Accreditation and program objectives.
• Prepare and present annual budget to the Board of Directors for approval.
• Grow donor base and community visibility through fundraising initiatives.
• Represent the clinic to the community and media; serve as the board’s liaison.
