Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of Forsyth County seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead strategy, operations, and external relationships in Forsyth County, North Carolina. The role requires building partnerships, guiding growth, and stewarding resources to expand affordable housing impact.

You will work with the Board, staff, donors, and community partners to advance Habitat Forsyth's mission, oversee three ReStores, and ensure sustainable funding while upholding the organization's Christian

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least seven years of senior leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability leading organizations through growth and change.
• Significant experience in affordable housing, housing development, or related fields.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Habitat Forsyth's long-term strategic vision and priorities.
• Build and sustain relationships with officials, housing orgs, developers, lenders, and community stakeholders.
• Serve as primary ambassador and spokesperson for Habitat Forsyth.
• Oversee and enhance operations of three local ReStores.
• Ensure sound financial management and long-term sustainability.
