Qualifications

• PA State Certification as required for position.
• Motor Vehicle Operator's License or ability to provide own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers school programs consistent with district goals and objectives.
• Provides leadership and direction to staff with regard to ongoing evaluation and improvement of educational programs.
• Promotes a safe and conducive learning environment.
• Ensures Board policies are implemented and followed.
• Keeps informed on current developments in education through professional development.
• Organizes regular meetings with teachers for ongoing development of instructional techniques.
• Coordinates recruitment and selection of employees and HR issues with central office.
• Manages budgetary and financial affairs of the school.
