• Experience leading special education, climate and culture, and instructional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and operationalize a clear vision for learning for all students.
• Promote high-quality instructional practices district-wide and ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage the school budget, requisitions, and all school funds.
• Select, onboard, develop, and retain staff; support professional growth.
• Foster an inclusive, high-expectation culture with data-driven improvement.
• Engage families and community partners; act as liaison with the District.
