Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physics, Engineering Physics, or closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Proven excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service.
- Leadership, administrative, or program management experience in higher education.
- Experience securing or supporting externally funded research initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide visionary academic, administrative, and strategic leadership for the Department of Physics and Engineering Physics.
- Lead curriculum and program assessment and continuous improvement.
- Advance externally funded research and interdisciplinary collaborations.
- Oversee budgeting, facilities, and resources for the department.
- Recruit, retain, and graduate students; support post-graduate success.
