Job summary

Mad Engine Global, LLC. seeks a visionary Creative Director to lead the creative direction of our Disney apparel business across Men’s, Women’s, Youth & Family collections.

You will translate iconic Disney storytelling into fashion-forward products and drive seasonal storytelling with a strong, commercially minded team. The role requires turning trends into concepts, mentoring a top creative group, and building partnerships with Disney Parks & Resorts and The Disney Stores teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design experience within licensed apparel.
• 5+ years of experience leading & developing creative teams.
• Deep understanding of apparel, fashion, licensing & consumer products.
• Strong creative vision with commercial instincts.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Exceptional presentation & communication abilities.
• A genuine passion for Disney, entertainment, fashion & culture.

Responsibilities

• Establish & drive the overall creative vision for Disney apparel.
• Translate Disney characters, franchises, attractions & stories into compelling product.
• Turn fashion, cultural & consumer trends into innovative apparel concepts.
• Lead, mentor & inspire a talented creative team.
• Build strong partnerships with Disney Parks & Resorts and The Disney Stores teams.
• Lead seasonal creative presentations & elevate product storytelling.
