Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior nonprofit leadership.
• Strong fundraising and donor engagement experience.
• Experience guiding financial planning and governance.
• Ability to lead organizational change and build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, prioritize initiatives, and drive organizational alignment.
• Oversee finances, operations, facilities, and human resources.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies with diverse revenue streams.
• Represent the organization publicly and cultivate partnerships.
