The York Jewish Community Center (York JCC) seeks a dynamic, mission-driven CEO to lead York County’s premier community institution into its next chapter. This role requires strategic vision, financial stewardship, and a commitment to inclusivity and civic life.

You will shape strategy, strengthen culture, expand fundraising, and guide operations across membership services, programming and facilities. Salary ranges from $175,000 to $200,000 plus generous benefits and a family membership.

• Experience leading financially complex nonprofit organizations.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen organizational culture and staff alignment across leadership.
• Assess operations, staffing, and service delivery for efficiency.
• Improve financial position, profitability, cash flow, and balance sheet liquidity.
• Establish relationships with board, staff, donors, and community partners.
• Develop and implement fundraising and donor engagement strategies.
• Refine strategic priorities with the Board and improve governance.
• Evaluate facility and capital needs for long-term investment and campus planning.
