Qualifications

• Proven Attention to Detail results, ideally seasoned in Albuquerque, NM

• Strong time-management skills and a bias toward action
• Proven aptitude for Emotional Intelligence, ideally near Albuquerque, NM
• Comfort presenting to a NM-wide audience without a script
• At least 5 years of standing behind your own estimates

Responsibilities

• Keep Conflict Resolution handoffs warm so Albuquerque partners never feel dropped
• Communicate progress, blockers, and results to stakeholders and leadership
• Own assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery
• Onboard, mentor, and guide newer team members when called upon
• Surface risks early, loudly, and with a proposed fix attached
• Steer HealthPoint Solutions's Emotional Intelligence roadmap with both nerve and humility
• Own the day-to-day rhythm of general work across our Albuquerque, NM operation
• Pair Emotional Intelligence fluency with the patience to explain it plainly
