Job summary

The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and OU Health seek a visionary Division Chief of Pediatric Genetics to lead the state’s only pediatric genetics program, guiding expansion of clinical services and research infrastructure.

Reporting to the Chair of Pediatrics, this physician-scientist will recruit faculty, shape training programs for residents and genetic counselors, and build statewide collaborations.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Pediatrics and subspecialty in Medical Genetics and Genomics.
• Eligible for appointment at Associate Professor or Professor; active medical license in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and revitalization of pediatric genetics clinical services across Oklahoma.
• Recruit and expand clinical and research faculty; develop training programs for residents and genetic counselors.
• Collaborate with research leadership and interdisciplinary teams to advance pediatric genetics.
