Reporting to the Board, the CEO will drive strategic initiatives, oversee staffing, ensure exceptional member experience, and cultivate partnerships across the Jewish and broader community to sustain long-term vitality.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of executive leadership in a complex nonprofit or community organization.
• Experience leading multiple program areas and large facilities.
• Proven track record in fundraising, major gifts, grants, and donor cultivation.
• Strong financial stewardship, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a Board of Directors and volunteers.
• Deep commitment to Jewish values, community, and inclusivity.

Responsabilidades

• Articulate and communicate a compelling vision for the Merage JCC and serve as its principal spokesperson.
• Partner with the Board Chair, Board of Directors, and committees on governance, planning, and priorities.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, and, when necessary, terminate key staff positions.
• Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and succession planning.
• Lead donor cultivation, solicit major gifts, and secure philanthropic support.
• Oversee financial practices, budget development, and organizational sustainability.
• Support programs across early childhood, youth, fitness, arts, and community life.
• Build relationships with Jewish and broad community organizations and partners.
