MSCCN in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Vision Systems Technician to set up, program, adjust and repair manufacturing vision systems on the production lines.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, completion of a maintenance apprenticeship or equivalent experience, and at least two years in a similar role, with experience in a plastic injection molding environment. This position offers day shift hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Maintenance Apprenticeship Program or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar position.
• Experience in plastic injection molding environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, adjust and repair manufacturing vision systems.
• Use sample parts to ensure bad closures are rejected and record data.
• Ensure vision programs match production schedule for each line.
• Troubleshoot major mechanical or electrical problems with suppliers.
• Report daily performance/issues and communicate changes to the next shift.
• Collaborate with maintenance techs on PMs and repairs.
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
• Provide on-call support.
