Job summary

HL-GA Battery Company is seeking a Vision Systems Engineer to prevent quality issues and maximize output by establishing inspection systems, maintaining equipment, improving performance, and introducing new technology. The role involves reporting KPIs to production teams and HQ, and coordinating installation schedules with vendors.

You will support daily parameter adjustments, PM management, and standards development while ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent, relevant experience.
• 1–3+ years of related experience; internship or co-op in manufacturing/industrial environment considered in lieu of full-time experience.

Responsibilities

• Submit daily production reports on improvements and KPIs distributed to production teams and HQ.
• Support production by adjusting parameters daily.
• Install vision system machines and manage installation schedules with teams, HQ and vendors.
• Manage PM and performance of inspection machines and vision spare parts.
• Improve inspection equipment performance and accuracy.
• Establish and manage inspection information systems.
