Job summary

CompoSecure is seeking a Vision System Technician to partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to implement, maintain, and improve all equipment using vision systems for inspection and verification across facilities in New Jersey. The role involves coordinating between Memorial and Pierce facilities and supporting production with precise vision-based checks.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience with vision systems and measurement devices such as calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Support all machines operations with vision system.
• Ensure vision system specifications, graphics and color are met.
• Work with Operators and Leads to ensure processes are followed.
• Oversee vision file optimization and proper naming conventions.
• Troubleshoot vision system issues in production.
